 The firm has a successful arbitration practice and include among its lawyers, those who have been appointed from time to time by the International Court of Arbitration to serve as arbitrators in international disputes. We also have language competency in Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese and are able to work as arbitrators or mediators or represent parties where the applicable law for contracts is Chinese Law.
The firm is represented on the regional panel of arbitrators of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) by Mr Woo Tchi Chu and Mr P Balachandran and both of them have been involved in dispute resolution both as arbitrators or as counsel for many years, the latter being a recognized specialist in the field of Construction Law.
We are also able to advise and be involved in dispute resolution in the fields of media and entertainment, art, shipping and real estate.
Our Yoga is on the panel of accredited mediators with CASE since 2000. She is an experienced mediators and has successfully mediated numerous disputes concerning consumer rights issues.
