 We

Our experience extends to assisting our clients
in the acquisition of real estate, selection and implementation
of project delivery methods, formation and negotiations of contracts,
drafting and interpretation of contracts, resolution of disputes
relating to surety claims, defective work, delay, variation orders,
payment and insolvency.
We have extensive experience in the resolution
of construction disputes through the Courts and through alternative
dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation. We
have conducted domestic as well as international arbitrations both
as counsel and arbitrator under the auspices of the ICC, SIAC and
LCIA or on an ad-hoc basis, or in accordance with the UNCITRAL Model
Law.
