The Group has a niche specialty practice in advising and representing both local and foreign high net worth individuals and private banking clients in their acquisition and sale of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Singapore.
Our lawyers’ experience with diverse, complex and innovative real estate deals ensures that we are attuned to, and able to address the special needs and requirements of such high net worth and private banking clients.
The Group is also well versed in providing legal advice in connection with the setting up of special purpose vehicles (including offshore vehicles) for the acquisition of real estate. In connection with our other Practice Groups, it provides advice on wealth management and asset protection, including the setting up of trusts, estate planning and preservation and succession.
