About Julia
Julia has an active litigation
practice. She has considerable experience handling claims
encompassing corporate and commercial issues, shareholders’
disputes, property, equity and trust, international
trade, employment matters, professional negligence and
construction disputes as well as matrimonial law.
Her litigation practice extends
to arbitration work under Singapore International Arbitration
Centre (SIAC) and the International Court of Commerce
(ICC) involving Countertrade & Cross Border Transactions
and international trade disputes.
Besides litigious matters, she has
also acted in the financing of purchase of ships, tugboats
and barges and vessels of value in excess of US$40 million.
