About Lim Sin
Lim Sin’s work has always been connected with conveyancing and he was involved in the sale by Suntec City Development Pte Ltd of properties at Suntec City in Project Apollo in the creation of Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (Suntec Reit). The huge S$2.17 billion transaction successfully completed in 2004 remains the largest Real Estate Investment Trust transaction in South East Asia to date. Since then, he has also been doing substantial work for Suntec Reit.
He also renders general legal advice to clients and when special services are required, he has also ventured outside Singapore such as to assist clients in the takeover of a property project in Soerabaya, Indonesia for development into a large housing estate.
Lim Sin has appeared in the High Court as an expert witness on conveyancing matters and much of his practice is focused on property related matters.
