About Sing Huat
Sing Huat handles a wide variety of corporate legal matters pertaining to companies. Specifically company and corporate law, reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements including joint venture and shareholders' agreement. He also handles corporate legal matters in setting-up of companies and businesses, routine corporate compliance and secretariat matters. Advising on intellectual property including trademarks and copyrights.

Sing Huat has previously handled legal matters in probate, matrimonial, contentious and non-contentious litigation matters, including insurance and accident claims.
