About Susan
Susan has had six years of professional experience, with a diverse portfolio and experience in conveyancing and property law. She started her legal practice specialising in collective sales and en-bloc exchanges, and has personally handled en-bloc projects worth over $700 million, including chairing owners’ meetings and EOGMs, drawing up sale agreements and tender documents, evaluating and advising clients on the award of tender bids, and researching and giving advising on en-bloc laws and regulations.
She is experienced in making applications to, and has personally appeared before the Strata Titles Board for orders for collective sales as well as ancillary orders, and has acted in applications where Senior Counsels were engaged to represent the owners, and where the firm acted as instructing counsel.
Her en-bloc and litigation experience laid good foundation for her current practice, which focuses on comprehensive retail conveyancing and CPF work, including advising on the sale & purchase of private properties by High Networth clients, part-share purchase/transfers of HDB flats, private properties (completed and under construction), re-financing of mortgages, the sale & purchase of JTC factories, and advising on the loan offers in connection with purchases and re-financing.
She is focused on her clients’ needs, tailoring documents to the specific and unique requirements of each client’s case. In addition, her experience in litigation puts her in an enhanced position to advise clients on potential contentious and litigious issues arising from property transactions.
Susan is a Catholic, and serves in her local parish church in the East Region.
