You agree to personal jurisdiction by the courts of law of
the Republic of Singapore. If any provision of this agreement
shall be held by any such court of competent jurisdiction
to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that
provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions
of this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability
of any remaining provisions.
This is the entire agreement between the parties
relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified
except in writing, signed by both parties.
