Katherine Yeo is a Consultant with the Firm.
Katherine has been in practice since 1981, principally as a solicitor specialising in real estate law at all levels, including residential and commercial projects; en block sale of apartments and property financing and also corporate / commercial matters. She represented the Singapore Totalisator Board in the acquisition of the assets of the Singapore Turf Club, involved in the development and sale of the Suntec City project and acted for developers of major projects.
Katherine had been an in house counsel for one of the major developers in Singapore with extensive investments in real estate, hotel and leisure business.
Additionally, one of Katherine’s key areas of expertise is in company secretarial practice, having been a secretary managing over 200 companies.
Katherine was an adjunct lecturer and tutor with the polytechnics and is a trainer at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
