Kuen Yip has been in law practice for 40 years. His primary area of interest is real estate work, having acted for several developers in residential developments in Singapore, as well as companies and individuals in the sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial properties, leases, tenders and joint ventures involving real estate. He brings with him years of experience in acting for both foreign and local banks and CPF Board.
He has a special interest in advising and organising enbloc sales, and acted in the successful enbloc sale of Kim Seng Plaza (a mixed-use development) including the application to the Strata Titles Board for an order for sale, and the subsequent conveyance of 127 units of shops/apartments to the listed company buyer.
Kuen Yip has also been involved in family law practice and in non-contentious work involving Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
