We have extensive experience in the resolution of construction disputes through both formal and alternative dispute resolution methods. In particular, we have been involved in domestic and international arbitrations under the auspices of the ICC, SIAC and LCIA on an ad-hoc basis or in accordance with the UNCITRAL Model Law. Our lawyers have acted in their capacities as counsel and arbitrators in respect of these arbitrations.
