PANG PECK KI
Peck Ki has built a successful legal career since graduating, primarily focusing on Family Law and Litigation. Over the years, she has developed a strong foundation in handling various family issues and complexities arising from both contentious and uncontentious divorce proceedings.
Peck Ki’s extensive experience in Family Law has equipped her with the necessary skills to navigate even the most challenging cases. She has successfully represented clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, variation of Court Orders, advising on prenuptial Agreements and Deed of Separation or Financial Agreement, annulment and adoption, among others.
In addition to her family law expertise, Peck Ki has assisted clients with property transactions (both HDB and private properties), including purchase and sale of completed and uncompleted properties, transfer of matrimonial homes in divorce cases, and refinancing or redemption, providing invaluable guidance and support throughout the process.
