We believe that effective management and resolution of disputes is a team effort between clients and lawyers. Hence, at each stage of the dispute resolution process, we aim to formulate the appropriate strategies with the clients by evaluating the merits of each case taking into account both legal and commercial considerations.

 

The Firm has an active and successful arbitration practice. Some of our lawyers have been appointed by the International Court of Arbitration to serve as arbitrators in international disputes. We also have lawyers who are accredited arbitrators with several professional and jurisdictional institutions including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the Asia-Pacific Regional Arbitration Group.  Both our lawyers, Woo Tchi Chu and P Balachandran have been involved in dispute resolution whether as arbitrator or counsel for many years.

We have language competencies in Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese and are able to represent parties where the applicable law is Chinese Law.
